She is a graduate of the Australian college of Massage, certified nationally as a Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of AAMT.
Her interest in health and fitness began with a love for swimming at a highly-competitive level in Italy as a teenager. While teaching swimming, Elisa studied coaching at the Cattolica University in Milan and gained qualifications as a Personal Trainer and a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science.
Between the years 2007 - 2011, she worked between her professional Studio in Rimini (Italy) and the Hydrokinetic Rehabilitation Water-pool of the Orthopedic Department in Gaetano Pini Hospital in Milan, Italy.
Elisa is an advocate for a healthy lifestyle and really passionate about her job.
Over the years her thirst for knowledge in health led her to keep studying by adding to her qualifications kinesiology, osteopathy, hydrokinetic therapies and remedial massage therapies continuing to develop her therapy ranges to assist in a variety of ailments and ages.
One of the highlights of her career was working for a team of professional tennis players. This assisted her in developing the love for coaching in conjunction with furthering her experience in remedial massage. She was able to tailor specific programs for every athlete combining exercises on the field, water exercises, massage and postural exercises including Pilates to help them achieve their goals, reduce injuries, improve bodily structure.
As an ex-athlete she understands and respects the physical body, which requires in addition to training, rest and care to achieve the best result.
Her love for the water element and interest in motherhood and infant care led her to specialize in pregnancy care, baby massage and water-awareness classes for infants.
Her work involve creating special programs for Pregnancy and childbirth preparation focusing on the needs of mums-to-be and their babies.
She enjoys her work and loves to assist every person to achieve optimal health and well-being. Her focus is to create treatments tailored to each individual, meeting and exceeding their needs.
Massage and postural exercises have become her tools to educate her clients to know their own body and to be in charge of maintaining a state of balance and well-being.
